Restoration has occurred! They put the cannula back on Aliyah today! Great news! She is wearing clothes again also! She may be moving to a crib soon. As of of right now, she is still in her plastic castle.
Due to her progress, we will be allowed to hold her. Last weekend, I did not have that chance. She continues to provide us with her trademark smile. That is the most encouraging thing ever. When I see her smile, it makes me feel good. No doubt, her outlook on life is a positive one. She has a God given joy. There is no other way to explain that. She has had so many things up her nose, in her mouth, in her belly button, stuck in her arms, in her spine.....heck they were drawing blood from her head last week!
Thank you Lord for restoring the health of our little girl. You are truly faithful to your word.
